When completing the form below, be aware that the address and contact information you put in the "Complimentary Listing" section will be published in our directory unless otherwise indicated by you.
DIRECTORY: Only GLBA members in good standing as of May 30, 2008, are eligible to list or advertise in the 2008 Directory. Advertising from non-members will not be accepted. If names or telephone numbers appear in a display ad, they must be of members in good standing.
PAYMENT FOR BOTH MEMBERSHIP & ADVERTISING (if applicable) MUST BE RECEIVED IN FULL BY MAY 30, 2008 OR YOUR LISTING AND AD WILL NOT APPEAR IN THE "2008 GLBA BUSINESS DIRECTORY".
