Lisa Voldeng, owner and operator of sugarlab corp, is this month's "Association Angel". Lisa, a 4 year GLBA member is recognized for her continual support and volunteerism with the GLBA. Lisa served 2 years as a GLBA Co-chair and 3 years as a Board member working on a number of projects ranging from website, to Trade Show, to Red Dress Ball and playing a major role in the 2007 hiring of the GLBA's new Communications Director (Anna Jones). Various other commitments have forced her to step aside as Co-chair and from the Board but she will continue to devote time as a volunteer with the GLBA assisting with the production of the annual Red Dress Ball and as well as providing advise to the organization on issues relating to the GLBA website and multi-media communications by the GLBA to both its members and the public. The GLBA office and Board wishes to commend Lisa for all her efforts.
